Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
